The Refund Policy is subject to the Terms of Service, and refund requests that do not comply with the Terms may be denied. You can submit a refund request through the 'Submit a Request' option in the Help Center. To request a refund, please provide a valid reason along with the following information: 9C Address, payment platform, payment receipt number, and payment date.
